Rachel Grunwell is the director of Inspired Health. She collaborates with businesses to “inspire” Kiwis to live healthy and happy. An award-winning writer, she writes wellness pages for Good magazine, Indulge magazine and Run4YourLife magazine.

She’s a qualified yoga teacher who incorporates mindfulness teachings. She knows how to achieve goals. She has run 19 marathons and conquered a 100km hilly cycle race alongside TV3’s Mike McRoberts. Yes, they did stop for a coffee half-way!

She’s viewed as one of NZ’s top wellness bloggers and influencers & works with lots of big brands on campaigns.

Current collaborations include: Polynesian Spa. She co-leads health retreats here (leading yoga, mindfulness & wellness workshops). She creates healthy recipes for the cafe and is the face of the brand in a series of videos. She’s an ambassador for Pureology  (a vegan and sustainable haircare brand) and the Rotorua Marathon’s ambassador. She is an ambassador for the Achilles charity where she helps guide disabled athletes through marathons.

Les Mills wellness hub content creator. Cigna insurance (for three years and up until March 2018)Fresh Start (My Food Bag’s healthy meals), Nespresso (promoting recycling & sustainability & speaking on a panel alongside celebrity chef Josh Emett), working on social media for Rotorua, Wellington & Christchurch Marathons. Lululemon (leading two Mind over Miles speaking events & leading some yoga sessions).  SKINS (compression brand promo). Cigna Round the Bays ambassador. . Just to name some…
