  1. Handful of kale
  2. 1.5 tsp Lifefoods Spirulina powder
  3. 1 Banana
  4. 300 mls Water
  5. Handful of ice
Instructions
  1. Blast in a blender and then drink! It’s a thick consistency, yum and a great way to get your greens!

  1. We want to share a great tip from Kiri Price, a coach at the AUT Millennium Institute and GetRunning Ltd, who recommends keeping kale in the freezer so you always have it on hand for smoothies.

Ingredients
  1. 1 x banana
  2. 1/2 cup coconut water
  3. 1/2 cup almond milk
  4. 2 tsp cacao powder
  5. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries
  6. 3 brazil nuts
  7. 1 tsp LSA
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
Notes
  1. Garnish with chia seeds and cacao nibs - mix in for a chunky texture

  1. 1 cup coconut water
  2. 1 banana, peeled and halved
  3. 1 Tbsp almond butter
  4. ½ cup frozen berries (blueberries
  5. have the highest level of
  6. antioxidants and are also the
  7. easiest to blend)
  8. ½ avocado
  9. 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  10. 1 T_bsp LSA (ground linseeds,
  11. sunflower seeds and almonds),
  12. optional

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and serve.

  1. 300mls almond milk (or ordinary milk will do the trick)
  2. 1 ripe banana
  3. 1 tablespoon Ground Linseed
  4. ½ cup of ground raw almonds
  5. ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  6. 1tsp ground linseed (if you have it at home)
  7. Handful of ice-cubes
Instructions
  1. Put everything in blender and then enjoy!
Notes
  1. Add plain yoghurt if you want a thicker consistency and added extra yum flavour :)

Ingredients
  1. 300mls almond milk (or ordinary milk will do the trick)
  2. Handfull of blueberries
  3. Three scoops of chocolate protein powder
  4. Handful of ice-cubes
  5. 1tsp ground linseed (if you happen to have it)
Instructions
  1. Put in blender until smooth, thick and creamy and then drink/eat!
Notes
  1. Throw a banana in if you’re extra hungry. If you do just top it up with a bit more milk.
