Homemade Raw Chocolate
Looking for some tasty treats over the holiday season? How about some delicious raw chocolate.

  1. 150 grams Lifefoods Cacao Butter
  2. 8 tblspns Lifefoods Cacao Powder
  3. 4 tblspns Agave syrup (maple syrup, honey or Coconut Nectar)
  4. 1 pinch rock salt
  1. Place Cacao Butter in a mixing bowl over a pan of water that is on a low heat and gently melt.
  2. When it is melted add in Cacao Powder and Agave and use metal whisk to stir in and add in pinch of salt.
  3. Then pour or spoon into ice cube tray or silicone moulds. (If you prefer you can pour into a plastic tub and make into raw chocolate bars)
  4. Place in the freezer for 55 minutes, or in the fridge for 2 hours.
