Rebekah won our Coconut Oil competition and has used the product to create this dressing recipe to use on salads.

- 1/3 lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds toasted and ground
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- Whisk together slowly adding the oil (melted).
- Season with flaky sea salt and pepper.
- Add to your favourite salad… yum!
