Mobility + Meditation is weekly on Monday nights in person in Auckland, while a Yoga + Mindfulness class is weekly on Wednesday nights online (and so you can join in from anywhere). Here are the details for both. To sign up or ask any questions email Rachel via [email protected]

Mobility + Mindfulness – the first term starts Jan 27 this year. It’s always a great way to lock in an hour weekly to bring balance back to your body and mind. It’s a great tool to try and avoid injuries, helps to restore length back to tight muscles and it’s a great de-stress session where you should get a better night of sleep after the session. This is a great community to join where there are as many laughs as there is stretching. And thanks to yogi/runner Sam, who attends, we have some great music.

Mobility + Mindfulness Summer term

Where: CrossFit Lux 1/48 Elizabeth Knox Place. St Johns, Auckland

When 7pm-8pm Monday nights 

What dates: Jan 27-April 21 (13-weeks… this works out to be $20 per class) – $260 for the term

Online Yoga + Mindfulness Summer term

Where: online from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you are in the world!)

When 6pm-7pm Wednesday nights 

What dates: Jan 22-April 23 (14-weeks and so this works out to be $20 per class) – $280 for the term

Background: Rachel has been teaching for 11 years and has run her own classes for 8 years. She also works with corporates and individuals on request. Rachel’s training is in yin yoga, but guides a blend of flows to slower held yin-style teaching. Her teaching is guided at a beginner level, but she offers layers to add for those who are more advanced in class. So students can always do yoga at the level that suits the them. Don’t worry is you have never tried yoga before – you will be looked after well and this is where Rachel is extremely passionate about helping to guide you into this practice which is so beneficial for the body, mind and soul.
